- Head to the Customs Departure Counter before you pass through immigration on your way out of India
- Fill Out Form CBD-III (Export Certificate)
- list the exact brand, model, and crucially, the serial number engraved on each item
- The customs officer will physically inspect the watches to verify that the serial numbers match your form
- Collect and Save the Certified Form
- When you land back in India, walk through the Red channel and present your Export Certificate
